Paysera is a Lithuanian online payment system that provides services in more than 180 countries around the world. 

With Paysera, you can conduct daily payment transactions, pay taxes and utility bills, make purchases in online stores and set limits on payments yourself.

The cost of opening of the account (bank tariff)  

The cost of opening an account for individuals - no commission is charged.

 

Closing an account for individuals - no commission is charged.

 

The cost of opening an account for legal entities:

- registered in SEPA countries - no commission is charged;

- registered in other countries (not SEPA) - 10 EUR;

- for international companies (IBC) - 100 EUR.

Using free Internet banking software.

Bank’s tariffs

Monthly maintenance of accounts of individuals - no commission is charged.

 

Maintenance of inactive accounts of individuals (no operations were performed for 2 years - 1 EUR.

 

Service of accounts of legal entities:

- registered in SEPA countries - no commission is charged;

- registered in other countries (not SEPA) - 1 EUR;

- for international companies (IBC) - 10 EUR.

 

Maintenance of inactive accounts of legal entities (no operations were performed for 2 years) - 5 EUR.

 

Standard transfers in EUR for individuals:

- Paysera client in any country - no commission is charged;

- to the EEA countries – 0,15 EUR (up to 30 transfers per month - no commission is charged);

- to other countries - 7 EUR.

 

Standard EUR transfers for legal entities:

- SEPA translations:

to SEPA countries – 0,15 EUR;

to other countries – 0,35 EUR;

for international companies (IBC) - 5 EUR.

- crediting SEPA transfers:

from SEPA countries - no fee;

from other countries – 0,10 EUR;

for international companies (IBC) – 0,50 EUR.

Terms of opening the account 

The procedure of opening the account consists of two stages: the preliminary stage and final stage of opening an account.

The preliminary stage includes the process of collecting and filing your documents which are required for opening an account. The terms of preliminary stage depends wholly on you.

The account is opened within 5 working days from the date of submission of all necessary documents in the payment system.

Paysera follows KYC policy and reserves the right to require additional documents what may lead to account opening term exceeding, as well as refusing of account opening without reasons explanation.

Documents for opening an account

Signing forms are provided at our office.

 

Company’s documents – originals of all company’s statutory documents shall be provided.

 

Documents for the account manager:

- identity document;

- a copy of the document confirming the address of residence (an invoice for utility bills not older than 3 months or a bank statement not older than 3 months).

 

Documents for the company director:

- identity document;

- a copy of the document confirming the address of residence (an invoice for utility bills not older than 3 months or a bank statement not older than 3 months);

- if the director of the company is a legal entity - copies of the charter documents for the legal entity, copies of passports and utility bills for directors and shareholders of this legal entity.

The procedure of opening an account

You must visit our office to fill out questionnaires, as well as certification of documents for the company and director. Further, the documents are sent to the payment system and, after approval, an account is opened. According to the payment system procedure, first you need to open a personal account for the manager (director, attorney), after which an account for the company is opened.
