The procedure of opening the account consists of two stages: the preliminary stage and final stage of opening an account.
The preliminary stage includes the process of collecting and filing your documents, which are required for opening an account. The terms of preliminary stage depends wholly on you.
The procedure of consideration the documents and reaching the decision by bank regarding opening an account takes 1,5 months starting from the date when the bank has received your original documents.
Evocabank follows KYC policy and reserves the right to require additional documents what may lead to account opening term exceeding, as well as refusing of account opening without reasons explanation.

Forms for signing are provided at a bank branch in Yerevan (Armenia).
Company’s documents – you should give us the originals of all corporate documents. If the company is older than 1 year we shall be provided with the Certificate of Good Standing affixed with apostille.
Documents for the account holder:
- original of national passport;
- original of foreign passport (in case of its presence);
- confirmation of the address (utility bill not older than 3 months).
Documents for the beneficiary:
- original of national passport;
- original of foreign passport (in case of its presence);

To begin the procedure, it is necessary to provide high-quality copies of the above documents for sending to the bank for review. After their consideration and approval, we will agree on the date and time of your visit to the bank’s representative office in Yerevan (Armenia) for signing bank forms.
